Provider Proposal

The Foundation for Wellness Professionals, a national nonprofit organization headquartered in Florida, has recently sponsored the Wellness International Network Program. This program allows selected businesses to have access to the estimated 1,000,000 current and future members who can register to receive discounted products and services that promote a healthier lifestyle. We are inviting you to be one of our providers. Simply work out with our representative a discount you wish to provide to our members.

You can alter your discount or cancel any time you wish. There is no cost to you. We ask you to simply place our Wellness International Network Provider Sign where your customers can see it. We ask you to honor your discount with customers who present our sticker. We would also like your help in promotion a wellness lifestyle. We provide programs, such as stress testing, blood pressure screenings, whorkshops on weight loss, etc., which are designed to prevent disease. We would appreciate your considering these programs for your employees and/or customers in the future.

If these term are acceptable simply decide with our representative the appropriate discounts your wish to make available. Fill out our provider agreement and your discounts will go on our website, wellnessintnetwork.com, for all our members to be aware of.
